Our Commitment
We want you to love your Clyraa pieces. If something isn’t right, you’re welcome to return eligible items for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
• Unworn, with no deodorant, make-up, or perfume stains.
• Tags still attached.
• Returned in the original polybag.
• Received within 30 days from the delivery date.
Items returned that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Refunds, Exchanges & Store Credit
• We offer refunds, exchanges, or a 120% store credit (e.g., return £50, get £60 store credit).
• Discounted orders: Refunds are not available for orders using a discount code greater than 10% off.
• Sale items: Final sale. Refunds are not available. We offer store credit only.
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Regional Return Windows
• UK, USA, Canada, New Zealand, Australia: Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Returns received after 30 days will not be accepted.
How to Return

• Your order number
• Item(s) you’d like to return
• Reason for return (optional) -
Our team will provide the return address and instructions.

Return the item in its original condition as per the criteria above.

Once received, allow up to 7 business days for processing.

You will receive your refund, exchange, or store credit confirmation via email.
Return Shipping Costs
• You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order.
• If using our prepaid label for refund-related returns, the label cost will be deducted from your refund total.
• Faulty or incorrect items: Return shipping is free of charge.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you believe your item is faulty due to shipping or a manufacturing defect, please contact us at info@clyraa.com with photos and detailed information. We will offer to repair, replace, or refund the item.
Note: Items damaged through normal wear and tear are not considered faulty.
Pre-Orders
• You may cancel a pre-order within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund.
• After 24 hours, cancellations are eligible for store credit only.
• UK Orders: Pre-order and in-stock items will be shipped together unless otherwise arranged.
• For US orders over $250 or AU orders over $200, we will ship in-stock items separately.
Processing Time
• Returns and refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving your return.
• Refunds may take 3–5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
• During peak periods (Nov–Jan), processing may take up to 21 days.
